Nancy Bermudez is a paralegal at Moss Immigration Law PC

She assists Spanish speaking clientele mainly as Nancy is a Spanish native speaker. After moving from Los Angeles as a small child her family settled in Kennewick, Washington. A city part of the tri-city area in eastern Washington. She attended Colombia Basin College and earned her Associates degree in 2010, one year after graduating high school. She moved to the Seattle area in 2010 and attended Bellevue College. She began working for an Immigration Law Firm in the Pioneer Square area in Seattle in 2011. Beginning as a Receptionist and a few months later becoming a Paralegal for that same law firm. A couple years later becoming Supervisor Senior Paralegal. While working there she handled removal defense and transactional immigration cases along with assisting one of the partners in handling of criminal cases both at the state and federal level. She credits this law firm with teaching her the many skills she knows today. In 2017 she began working for another Immigration Law Office closer to her home in Auburn. She began as a Case Administrator and two years later in 2019 serving as Office Manager to the Sea-tac branch until late 2020. Nancy began working as a contract paralegal in 2018 for an immigration solo attorney. She then began working for a second immigration solo attorney the following year in 2019. She has continued to work for both attorneys and is now happy to be part of the Moss Immigration Law office as a contract paralegal.

She hopes to keep serving her community. Immigration law is her passion seeing as her parents are immigrants who then were given legal permanent resident status. She has seen firsthand the wonderful opportunities this great country has offered and is thankful to be able to help and serve immigrants navigating tricky immigration processes.

When she is out of the office, Nancy spends time with her family. Nancy enjoys taking walks along trails outside her home with her children and husband. She loves PNW summers as they are sun filled days. She enjoys the diversity the city has to offer.
